Jennifer Bell owns and operates Placet Dispute Resolution where she has served individuals and businesses in Ontario since 2005. She understands the issues facing condominium corporations, directors, property managers and unit owners, and provides a means to reach fair, durable, consensual solutions for all affected parties. She is actively involved in all areas of condominium dispute management such as shared facilities agreements, first-year budget deficits, liens, pet disputes, common expense arrears, and overall community wellbeing.

Jennifer has been designated a Charter Mediator by the ADR Institute of Canada and is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC). She also serves as the Vice Chair of the Construction Section of the ADR Institute of Ontario and acts as a member of the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program rosters for Toronto and Windsor. In addition to her mediation practice, Jennifer serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at George Brown College.

Jennifer is a graduate of York University’s Advanced Dispute Resolution program and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Jennifer offers a competitive hourly rate to help maintain cost viability and is also available for evening and weekend mediations to better serve her client base.
